Our Vision

To raise up 1,000 African-American missionaries from out of the inner cities to be commissioned to the unreached indigenous nations of the earth.

Our vision for Porch & Altar is to equip believers, who possess specialized callings, to the governmental and creative spheres for the Great Commission. We will provide hands-on biblical worldview training that will offer active participation for engaging the Governmental and Creative Arts spheres with the gospel.

The overall scope of Porch & Altar will be defined by:

1. Its commitment to fill the massive void of African-American leaders front-lining missions organizations with the gospel in Urban America.

2. Its pledge to form new alliances and strategic partnerships with likeminded organizations who’ve already demonstrated success in reaching minority communities and the inner cities through biblical worldview training and creative art outreach.

3. Its commitment to create practical avenues for the body of Christ to relevantly serve these groups by establishing “Justice Leadership Schools” and “Songwriting Retreats and Seminars” in the darkest and hardest cities of America.

Leaders will be empowered through prayer and the Word and will be challenged to integrate their gifts and talents to advance the gospel.

We believe this will result in a new harvest of believers from out of these two fields.

4. Its pledge to utilize its resources and ministry efforts to serve and build up the local Church.

5. Its vision to raise up 1,000 African-American missionaries from out of the inner cities to be commissioned to the unreached indigenous nations of the earth.

6. Its vision to publish a new musical sound from out of the inner cities of America that reform the contemporary & gospel musical industry.
